Light Gauge Steel Framing (SFS)

Erection of light gauge steel stud and track framing systems to manufacturer's drawings and engineer's specification. Includes restraint bracketing, deflection heads, intermediate noggins and full coordination with openings for windows, doors and penetrations.

Insulated Sandwich & Composite Panel Systems

Installation of large-format insulated metal composite panels (IMPs) including concealed and exposed fix systems, site-formed flashings, copings, sills and all associated metal ancillary works. Experience on PIR-core and mineral wool-core panels across commercial and industrial envelopes.

Rainscreen Cladding Systems

Full rainscreen envelope installation including aluminium carrier rail and bracket subframe, cavity barriers to BS 8000-6, mineral wool infill insulation and facing panel installation. Systems include ACM cassette cladding, GRC brick slip (G Brick) and large-format fibre cement panels.

Sheathing, Boarding & Thermal Insulation

Installation of external sheathing boards (cement particle board, magnesium oxide board), EPDM air and vapour control layers (AVCLs), intumescent cavity barriers and mineral wool (Rockwool RWA45 / Rainscreen Slab) insulation systems. Installed to NHBC, BBA and Building Regulations compliance.

Pre-Assembled Frame (PAF) Systems

Installation of pre-assembled panellised wall frame units — off-site manufactured SFS panels lifted and fixed to structure on site. PAF systems significantly reduce on-site labour time and improve programme certainty. Our operatives are experienced in handling, positioning and permanently fixing PAF units with all associated connections, abutments and interface detailing.

Full RAMS, method statements and site induction compliance before first fix — working to your specification, ITP and inspection hold points throughout.
